Mac Mini (intel) don't start, power light is flashing WHITE !!!

First sorry for my last post, i make a misstake in the color of LED, but the color is WHITE and not GREEN.

Hello, yesterday i use my Mac Mini for make some Downloads, and after done i turn he off by quick press power button (i are using Windows XP PRO). Today when i try start he again, get black screen, no sound, no video, just the power led flashing green.
I try hardware reset by unpluging all cables, wait for 15 sec and plug the power cable again (without press POWER ON key), but nothing change.
I try POWER ON with +R +P Alt + Windows Keys, still not work.
I try POWER ON with Shift, Ctrl, D, X and nothing change.
The HDD is fine, because i withdrew and tested in other PC and boot fine.

If anyone has any ideas, please help.
Thanks...

My response to your thread in which you report the power light to be green, but otherwise describe the same condition:

If the power light flashes after power-up, it is very likely to be that the system is failing the power on self test, and the flashing is the way it is reporting the fault to you. If so, the system should also beep.

The power on self-test resides in the ROM of the computer. This test runs whenever the computer is turned on after being fully shut down (the power-on self-test does not run if the computer is only restarted).

If a fault is detected during the test, you will not hear a normal startup chime. Instead, the system will beep as explained below. If you experience one of these beeps, you may call your Apple Authorized Service Provider for additional troubleshooting assistance.

1 beep = no RAM installed
2 beeps = incompatible RAM types
3 beeps = no good banks
4 beeps = no good boot images in the boot ROM (and/or bad sys config block)
5 beeps = processor is not usable

+In addition to the beeps, on some computers the power LED will flash a corresponding number of times plus one. The LED will repeat the sequence after approximately a 5-second pause. The tones are only played once.+

This would suggest that your system has a major hardware fault, though as you can see from the above, 3 of the 5 POST failure reports relate to faulty or missing RAM. If your system is suffering one of these, and if you have opened the system previously, it might be timely to open it up again, remove the RAM and then reseat it or replace it with known-good modules to see if that fixes it.

It means memory - that the system can't find any working memory to use.

If you have opened the system previously, now would be a good time to do so again, and to remove the RAM and then refit it, making sure that the modules are firmly seated.. If that doesn't resolve the problem, it means (almost certainly) that you have faulty memory and that both modules need to be replaced.

Hello, i open my MacMini again and remove the RAM, Clean and refit firmly, but don't work.
Then tried use only one module of RAM at time, but still don't work. After i tried with the another module of Ram and don't work too.
The MacMini are able to work with just 1 module? of need use the 2?
Or the 2 modules are defective?
I could try but only 1 new module and try use with one of my old Modules? (i never see before 2 modules of RAM burn in same time, but i are new with MAC)

Thanks alot...

Logic boards are pretty expensive - typically not all that much less than the cost of replacing the whole system, but have a look at sites such as http://www.welovemacs.com/macmisepa.html and http://www.mac-pro.com/s.nl/sc.2/category.246/.f for some idea.

However, before going to that extreme, and as much as you would likely have to pay, I would take the system to an Apple Approved Service Provider for them to look at and diagnose, simply because it's possible in the work you've done on the system in the past you may have inadvertently created the problem yourself by dislodging something.
