Uninstall OS X from 2nd HD?

Uninstall OS X from 2nd HD?

I have OS X 10.4 installed on 2nd HD but now want to uninstall it. I don't use the 2nd drive to start/run and need the space for other things. Do I just trash the System Folder, or is there a more correct/better way?

You can just trash all files there, or open Disk Utility, highlight the drive on the left, then click on the Erase tab... might use the Zero Data option if you wan't a really clean HD.

Tks, but I don't want to erase the HD — I just want to uninstall the OS-X that I had installed to give me another startup disk. I don't need that now.
