Error 69 when syncing iPod classic

Hi guys, like many of you I've got an iPod video clssic and recently I started gettign the "Unknown error 69" when syncing the iPod to Itunes. I've followed the advise given by Apple but it still doesn't sync it. I'm very frustrated as this happens now very often and even after resetting the iPod the error continues to appear. I've noticed that many people experience the same but have not seen a solution yet. Please help! I'm about to dump the thing!! Thanks

Did you restore it?

If yes, and supposing the reason is some corrupted file (s) and supposing you cannot find which ones to blame, why don't you try with a small set of new files for some days to see if the problem stops?

The FILE playing in itunes does not guarantee it will correctly play in the ipod.

Another option is to try a second computer, if you have access to one (after you have restored the ipod). This can help ruling out a nasty program misbehaving in your current windows installation.

Thanks. I've restored the settings in the iPod several times but when I do that, it doesn't sync at all. After trying several times, I manage to get iTunes to sync but only a few songs are synced to the iPod. Every time I try this I get different songs synced (and never the ones I purchased from the iTunes store). I've tried a different laptop and get the same response. I'm getting desperate now 😟

I am having the same problems and wish I had never purchased the Ipod i feel its a big waste of money This problem should be fixed by Apple It is unbelieveable the number of people that are having this problem and apple does nothing about it They just repeat the same junk over and over Wish they would get off their dead a----- and fix this
