What is "RSS feed URL?"

Hi -- I'm hoping someone more advanced than I can help with this. Apologies in advance for the elementary nature of my understanding. I'd like to add my podcasts, hosted at dot-mac, to iTunes. I read the information on the Apple site, but can't seem to get anywhere. It asks for something called an "RSS feed URL." I tried finding this information by subscribing myself to the podcasts, and it gave me a URL of Itpc://www.flair4genius.com?site/podcasts/rss.xml. However, I got an error message when trying to upload to iTunes, so this was not correct.

I tried changing the unfamiliar prefix "itpc" to "http," but got the following error message: `Error parsing feed: invalid xml: error on line 1. "The end-tag for element "frame" must end with a '>' delimiter.` On the help pages, there's quite a bit about something called "metadata," which seems important but not explained. Wow! Can someone translate? Does anyone know where I might find at least some information about what my "RSS URL" might be? Many thanks.

macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.2)
