Removing URL links when printing ical

How do I remove the url links that were created for the to dos that originated in mail?

What I don't understand is why do the url links only appear in the print view.
I print my to do list and it's full of useless url lines.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Here is something I just discovered today:

When you create a new ToDo item, manually type "none" into the URL field. That seems to preempt the Mail URL.

Then, when you print, the item will print as "URL: none" which is better than seeing that useless clutter of an URL...but still mystifying as to why Apple would include such an inelegant design. Maybe people aren't expected to actually print out their calendars...?

Of course, this only works if you have no use for the Mail-iCal link for ToDos.

Good luck,

Having the same problem, because of OmniFocus. It uses the iCal URL field in its ToDos to link back to the action in OmniFocus, which is cool, I guess, but it sure clutters up printed listings.

Have googled and searched, haven't found anything yet. Surely there's a preference setting somewhere to turn that off...?
