How to burn .dmg file using Nero (StartSmart)?

Hello.
I have a .dmg file on my PC, and I have to burn it using the PC, because my drive in the mac is a little damaged as you know...

*The file is 4.2 GB.
How do I do that?

I'm changing my question:
I have a sparseimage file on the PC.

I want to burn it to a DVD, and use it on the mac.

How can I do it?

I choose the sparseimage file and click burn DVD, and it writes the following:

Warning - Can not write Sparseimages.
wierd...
