Comcast webmail with Safari

I can't open my email after I first open Safari.
When I log into Safari the Email box tells me the number of new emails and I am able to access them. If I return to the Comcast home page, the Email box is blank. If I click Email the box tells me "loading..." if I click on "Open Mail" it tries to go to the webmail page but kicks right back to the home page and keeps doing it everytime I try. Once in a while the Email box all of a sudden shows me the number of emails and I am able to access them again???
Please help
