How to move window when titlebar off screen/not visible?

How do you move a window when its title bar is off screen?

There are a few windows that open like that and I can not figure out how to move them so I can fully access them.

Certainly there has to be a keyboard way to move a window?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

I recently had this problem with an application that did not have the zoom option in the window menu for the application. To resolve this I went to System Preferences > Displays > and then I changed the resolution temporarily to get the window to resize and then I put the resolution back to my native resolution, and everything was visible again.

Hi.

On the application menu bar go to Window/Zoom, and then resize and position the window as you like. In order to make it open the same way next time you use the application, hold the Option key while closing the window.

You can also press the option key and select Window menu > Arrange in Front, which will cascade all of the app's open windows "front-and-center".
