Tray stuck in the middle

I just bought a used G5 1.6GHz, when I tried everything on the shop it was OK, the tray would fully open all the way, but after brought home and and turn on the G5, try to use the SuperDrive, it stuck in the middle, I guess it was the slide-down door not clear enough to let the tray open. When I transport it on my car, I just let it lie down on the back seat, was it the cause? What can I do now? Thanks...

*now the only way I can let the tray fully open is to use my fingers to assist push the slide-down door 😟
