International phone numbers

Hi, my address book is full with addresses. Unfortunately I haven't safed the phone numbers with the international number and now I have to move to greece. My problem: I want to change all telephone numbers of my contact to the international format, I already safed the country within address book. Is there a tool or script to change the telephone numbers?

Hy. I had the same problem with the address book entries, when on holiday in Portugal (using an iPhone). I found a pretty easy solution to it. First, you export the address book into a group vCard. The resulting file can be edited with TextEdit. Second, in TextEdit you replace ":00" with ":+" using the Find-Dialogue. Then you have already all country codes in their international spelling. Third, you replace "😮" with ":+49 ", so you have all german area codes in their international spelling. It works, because in the vCard-file all address book entries are tagged using double dots (":"). Normally there is no tag-information beginning with a zero ("0"), except for telephone numbers, so the find and replace function can be used. Anyway, before proceeding, you should back up your address book.
