Importing Excel Charts Into Keynote 2

How do I do this? I see on Apple's Keynote Compatability page that it says that Keynote can import Excel files, but I cannot find any way of doing this other than copying & pasting data from the Excel spreadsheet into the Chart Data Editor in Keynote, which is impractical for reasonably large amounts of data. Is there some way?

To import the actual charts, all you have to do is drag and drop from Excel into Keynote. If you want the actual data from the Excel spreadsheet, all you have to do is highlight the data you want to move over, and also drag and drop it into Keynote. It's that easy. You may have to reformat it (color, size, etc.,) as it will be formatted to match the Theme of the slides you've selected.
