Error message: "Cannot be played on this iPhone / iPod"...!!!
I have a bunch of video clips which I have stored in my iTunes Library.
The play perfectly fine in iTunes.
The problem comes when I try to copy them over to my iphone. I get an error message which says:
"Some of the videos in your iTunes Library were not copied to the iPhone because they cannot be played on this iPhone."
Now I might understand this if it wasn't for the fact that I used iTunes to convert the files in the first place! I had the original file in iTunes, I right-clicked on it and selected "Covert selection for iPod/iPhone". I then deleted the original file from my Library AND my hard drive, leaving only the converted file in my iTunes and on my hard drive. And yes I am sure I deleted the correct file, leaving only the supposedly iPhone compatible file.
But still I get this message.
How can I remedy this?
(I am running the latest versions of the Mac OS, iTunes, iPhone firmware, etc.)
