Why won't Logic recognize Novation Bass Station plug-in?

Hi,

I have just installed Novation's V-station and Bass Station. V-Station is available but not the Bass Station.
Both can be seen in the Components folder of the l ibrary/audio/plug-in folder but only the V-Station is picked up on an AU scan.
Frustrating- I thought there may be more post regarding this as, even though it's a 3rd party plug-in, it's pretty mainstream.

Any thoughts guys?

MacPro 2x 2.66GHz, 5GB RAM, Mac OS X (10.5.3)

I've never tried bass station but i think the stability of both those plug-ins with logic must be questionable. I hardly ever crash but when i do v-station has something to do with it. More 'powerful' plug-ins run fine though. Save often when you got novation in your tune mate.

Aah, thanks for the tip. Shame I just wasted £60!
Can you recommend any more compatible plug-ins for 'phat' bass sounds and analogue goodies?

Albino 3 is good for bass and pretty much anything. Honestly though in my humble opinion ES1 & 2 are about as good as it gets for phat bass, especially ES1 that thing is a beast. I've been making all types of urban music from rnb to dubstep, all bass heavy and i resort to logic's built-ins 90% of the time.
