my phone is acting crazy!

Over the past month or so I have been having some strange things happen to my phone. It has been missing calls, voicemail's and email will show up days later, sometimes when the phone rings it will ring once and the phone will reset itself, it will freeze up. Last night my wife tried to call me and she said it went right to voicemail so she called our house phone, as i was talking to her the phone rang 2 time from her. I am a business owner and can't afford to miss calls, emails, and voicemails. What can I do. I purchased the phone in July, what will they do for me if I go to the apple store. It is pretty far from me and don't want to take the ride if they aren't going to help me. Anyone else have similar problems?

I just have resolved this same problem. I was having to reset my iphone on average of 5 to 10 times per day, and finally I lost service and could not get it back no matter what I tried or the apple support guys tried. Replace sim card, restored phone to its factory settings and everything else. Went to the apple store 1 and 1/2 hours away and they gave me a new iphone. Was really easy!

Well, I went to the AT&T store today. They didn't want anything to do with it. So I went to the Apple Store and within 20 min I had a new phone. They plugged it into the mac book at the store and all the problems showed up on the screen. All the dropped calls, restarts, ect. A running total so he replaced it . I thought I was gonna have to fight w/ them cause I was sure the phone would work when I brought it to the store.

yeah, i am having the same problems and I went to my at and t store and they did not give a ****, they told me to reboot and restart it and then gave me an apple number that told me to do the same thing, which i have done several times, i even took off music and videos to see if that fixed it and it did not. i am getting so fed up with it that i am about to give up all together and just go to verizon and get the voyager, so good for u that u got apple to help u, if u can tell me exactly what u did, that i havent tried, that would be pretty cool, and did they give u a new phone for free? cause what store did u go to, i want to go to that store!

All I did was go to the store and told them what the phone was doing, They hooked it up to the mac book at the genius bar and it showed them the amount of dropped, missed calls that I had, and that was it. They replaced the phone for free w/ a brand new one (probably refurbished) but new to me, and haven't had a problem yet. I went to the store in Farmington Ct, I'm sure they all have the same policy's. Just go there and tell them that the phone is not working and it is useless. For $500 it should work for more than a year. You know how apple stores are, at least the one's I've been to, They are always packed and I'm sure they don't want those customers to hear that people are having problems with apple products. Especially problems w/ apple standing behind it's product. If you know what I mean.
Good luck
