Serial Number For Shake 4 Trial?

I've downloaded the Shake 4 Trial three(!) times without Apple emailing me a serial number to install it. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone have a valid serial I can use just to try this program?

Okay, let me try a different approach. Does anyone have an Apple support email address that would get me someone who knows about the Shake trail version. Nothing on Apple's site seems to specifically address this (maybe because they're pulling support?).

If I don't get to try Shake, could anyone share their opinion on which app is best for compositing (e.g. allowing me complete control over transparency of layers).

As of last night (June 10th) I had requested a serial number three times as well and still haven't received one either. Did you ever receive yours? If so what was the magic sequence of events to make it happen. Does anyone out there know what the problem is?
