Minimum row height

Minimum row height

I want to create a table and I want to include a very thin row in between the main rows, to act as a visual separation.

The minimum row height I can get is 0,32cm and Pages will not let me make it any smaller. Is it possible to reduce this further to say, 0,1cm?

Hello

The “Automatically resize to fit content” checkbox is your friend.

I guess that at this time it is checked.

Uncheck it will do the trick.

Oops, I didn't took care that 0,32 cm is 9 points which is the smallest allowed value.

I filed a report about this annoying limit some months ago.

You may
_Go to "Provide Pages Feedback" in the "Pages" menu_, describe what you wish.
Then, cross your fingers, and wait _at least_ for iWork'09 😉

I have tried that already, but still it will not let me go below 0,32 cm.

Any other ideas?

Markina,

Your could create the visual break with cell border of a different thickness or different line type.

Just a thought on an alternative approach.
