Where can I find standalone copy of "Icon Composer"

I am trying to prepare some custom icons for my third party hard drives and need the help of the simple and FREE Apple developer utility known as "Icon composer" (available free as part of a suite of some 40 so-called developer tools that come with APPLE OS install DVDs.

I am looking to download (from WHERE ????) a simple, standalone copy of this little utility without all the hundreds of MEGS of extra baggage of the developer or XCode tools multi-installer on my OS 10.5 install DVD.

I lack the sophistication to find the right installer and am concerned I could inadvertently damage my OS by installing a whole lot of program tools I don't want or understand.

Please, where can I find and download just and only - "ICON COMPOSER" ??? I've searched all over this site and can't find it.

Intel Imac 2.1 GHz - 20", Mac OS X (10.5.3), 2 Gb RAM

you can install "Icon composer" only from the leopard install DVD by using [Pacifist|http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/12743]. the usage of pacifist is pretty self explanatory but post if you have problems with it.
