Uploading Address Book to LinkedIn

Although LinkedIn shows the Apple Mail logo and says that you can upload your Apple Mail Address Book to LinkedIn's contacts, I can't find any detailed steps to make this happen. Can anyone please tell me how to most easily do this? Thanks.

iMac FP 700 mhz, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

No idea, but the info is stored in...

/Users/nnnn/Library/Application Support/AddressBook/AddressBook.data

if that helps.

The LinkedIn help pages state: *Supported formats include .csv, .txt, and .vcf.*

So use Address Book to export your contacts as .vcf files.
