How to sync the iPod (shuffle 2Gb)

I've already installed the iTunes. When I connect the iPod to the PC, it takes a long time to get the connection. When it connects to the PC, i tried to load songs from iTunes to the iPod, but it always notifies: "The iPod cannot be synced. The required file cannot be found" while the iTunes LCD displays "the iPod sync is complete". And I turn to "my computer", I see the iPod as a removable disk, its capacity is "0Gb" . After so many times, I take it successfully (just 3 songs for example). And now, when i load more songs, that notice still come again.
My iPod is the new one.
Plz help me to sync the iPod! Thaks so much!
