paragon ntfs problems?

anyone have major vista problems with paragon ntfs? i recently installed a copy i purchased within the last week not know that there was an update. i'm not sure if paragon is to blame for the messed up files and killing my vista 64 twice in the last week, but sure seems like it. it seems like every time i reboot into mac to work on some files and save them back to the pc side vista takes a dump. i'm about to reinstall vista for the third time in the first week of owning a brand new 3.2 mac pro!!!! i've since installed the update, but i'm a little reluctant to write anything in the future to a ntfs formatted drive.

i really wish apple would just release the drivers themselves, including reading/writing to apple drives within the pc environment as macdrive 7 doesn't work with vista 64!!!! and not forgetting to mention that they charge extra for the ability to write to mac raids with NO upgrade path.
