Belkin's Tunesync Compatible?

When I try syncing my iPod Touch through the Belkin Tunesync dock/usb hub it sometimes works but sometimes it gives me an error (iPod unreadable and suggests I restore). I read online that people have successfully used Tunesync with the iPhone. I'm just wondering about other peoples' experiences with syncing their iPod Touches/iPhones with Tunesync -- is it working for you? I'm trying to figure out if there's something wrong with my Tunesync/iPod Touch or whether they're just incompatible. Thanks!
