copyrighted cd ejected automatically

Hi,

first post here.

I used to be able to rip my copyrighted audio cds with iTunes to listen to them through my computer, but since the most recent updates, this is not possible anymore. Any audio cd purchased in a shop gets automatically ejected. Have I missed something about new restrictions in the use of iTunes for copyrighted cds or there's only some settings gone wrong?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately all settings seem to be ok, both in iTunes and in CD/DVDs in Preferences. I insert any purchased CD, the CD is probably scanned for a few seconds, then it stops and ejects the cd. This does not happen with CDs I have burnt on another computer, as iTunes rips them without any problem...
