I have an iPhone. Now my brother wants me to get him an iTouch for his birthday. I am guessing the only difference is that iTouch does not have a phone like iPhone but has everything else like internet, youtube, etc. Is that right? If so, what is the monthly bill for the iTouch? Thanks for any help in advance.

The iPod touch is the same as the iPhone without the phone and camera. Since you have the iPhone you have to pay for the service. the iPod touch is a one time charge. You pay the price and that's it. The internet capability is from the Wi-Fi that's in the iPod. If you have wireless internet at the place you live then the iPod will be able to go online.
That is what I had thought, but had to be sure. I don't want to upset my mother if she had to pay the monthly bill LOL. Okay thank you SO MUCH for your help!!!
