My 8gb Nano can only hold about 600 songs, where as I have been told that it should hold nearer 2000 songs. I can only get a bit of my music library on at a time. Please help
hello. you said that your 8gb ipod nano 3rd gen only holds 600 songs, despite of its capability of up to 2000 songs.i think you should convert your songs to a lower bitrate (e.g. 160 kbps for mp3 format, 128 kbps for aac format) for it to fit on your ipod. your songs maybe so large that it can occupy a large amount of memory on your ipod nano.
hi-i have 4gb nano-capacity of 3.63-and it tells me i have no more space at 3.55-and i delete a song that is 7:50 long and it goes form 30mb to 22.9mb capacity and others go down alot more-do CD's take up more space then songs from amazon or itunes?
can i change the settings for the music already on my ipod?
thanks
