Why does Keynote automatically start up when computer starts up? I'm running OS 10.5.3.

Open the Accounts pane of System Preferences and remove it and anything which may open it from the list of login items for your account, or control-click its Dock icon and uncheck Open at Login.

Problem solved, thanks much Niel! It took a second try, I had to use the +/- area to delete the login application "keynote" as it was not checked as a login application....
