Printing Multiple Name Tags on Avery 5395

We are printing name tags and can use either Word 2004 or Pages. We know how to set up the labels in Word using the Avery Number 5395. What we want to do is make one name tag label, say "Gary" and then duplicate it on the entire page for 8 "Gary's". In other words, we want to make one name tag on the page and "magically" hit a button and have 7 more duplicates on that same page. We have over 100 names to do so we are looking for the most efficient way to get this done. Any ideas?
