ERROR CODE 1407

ERROR CODE 1407

Hi,
I was copying some stuff into my external disk and it told me that an inexpected error has occured and that it is an error code 1407. There is 144 Gb left on the external disk so I see no reason for that...
What can I do ????

I had the same problem. I used Disk Utility and selected repair Permissions. I took a while, but it worked like a charm. Good Luck

errFSNotAFolder = -1407, /* Expected a folder, got a file */

What were you using to do the copy? Finder?
