Kannada font support

Hi,
Please let me know if Safari for Windows supports Kannada fonts .. I am looking for some information to load websites like
http://prajavani.net
http://www.kannadaprabha.com

IBM, Windows XP Pro, None

Both sites are invalid. Do not blame Safari, contact the webmaster.

These sites are working fine .. try to load them in IE
Firefox also doesn't support these sites (as required fonts are not getting loaded)

I understood the problem. Both the sites listed do not have content in Unicode Kannada. Try some site which has Unicode Kannada e.g. http://msn.webdunia.com/kannada/index.htm

These sites use non-standard embedded font technology which only Win IE can understand. Hopefully they will eventually shift to Unicode UTF-8 which is the international standard for such scripts which all browsers can display correctly.
