Depeche Mode Preorder = Presale tickets

I purchased the pre-release of depeche modes playing the angel and was supposed to receive a special code allowing me to purchase depeche tour tickets 5 days in advance of the general public. the 48 hours response time has turned into 72. today the chicago tickets went on sale and now i have to figure out another venue. but before they screw me over again- what can i do???? i triple checked my account and it confirms ive down loaded / or selected the preorder of their album. i emailed ticket master and they say they have no listing of my email from any of the lists itunes has sent. i have emailed the only contact i could find for itunes. ive recieved the standart computer generated response but nothign else. i really need to get this straightened out in time for the next presale or ill die [okay, im being dramatic - but i really really love this band - since i was 15, so pls think if it was your fave band to help relate!?!?] *desperate grin* what do you recomend? i called apple and itunes DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER! ack. please any advice, direction, better contact would be so appreciated.
