"Processing Album Artwork" is stuck...

I've just re-added all of my music into iTunes and it's re-processing all the album artwork, except that it's been stuck at #103 of 1447 for half a day now. I tried clicking the X to cancel the whole thing, but it's not working.

Any ideas?
