Hash Mark??? How do I???

Hi Folks!

I feel silly asking this question, but I can not seem to find the key stroke equivalent for making the hash mark (which I need to use frequently). Also known as the "tic-tac-toe" mark, the "number symbol", etc.

Can someone point me to where I can find this?
