problems importing from cd to itunes
I am having some problems importing cds to itunes. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, can anyone help. Thanks

Any kind of "copy-protection" mentioned on those CDs?

No nothing is mentioned if I persist then sometimes it will copy on the 7th or 8th attempt
Does this kind of problem occur when importing to iTunes - or does it happen when using other applications, too?
I imported the 1st disc of a 2 disc CD set with no problems. When I tried to import the 2nd disc, nothing happened, and I couldn't do anything to get it started. I've had this same problem with other CD's, and when I try to quit, everything freezes. The only way that I can get out of this is to take the battery out of my laptop and start up again. Any suggestions?
I have iTunes on my desktop computer, but really don't use it as everything is on my laptop. The same CD's that won't import onto the laptop import fine on the desktop. Since I couldn't import the 2nd CD from a 2 CD set, why would one CD be copy protected and not the other?
