my iphone is frozen and not responding to ANYTHING

Help! my iphone is severely frozen! it is super hot and will not respond to anything. it has been kind of weird for a couple of days...the battery has been dieing really fast. but i tried every suggested in the troubleshooting and nothing works. it will not turn off, it will not restart, it won't even respond (and neither will itunes) when i plug it into my computer so i cant even restore it that way. what should i do?
