Convert img files to MP4 for IPod use

Hi all,

Is it possible to convert a disk image created with iDVD (.img or NDIF file type) to an MP4 file so I can post it online or load it on an iPod/iPhone/iTouch?

Thanks in advance
Mike

Sure. It would be easier to go back to the source and do the conversions, but you can back into that result by using the free MPEG Streamclip (and Apple's MPEG2 plugin - $20) to break out the mpeg2 file from the related .vob files. Streamclip can do file conversions to mp4 and a variety of other formats. If you need to edit something, have Streamclip convert the file to DV Stream (.dv) so iMovie will be happy when you try to import.
