Alcatel ADSL Home PlusPlus 500

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the english manual for the Alcatel ADSL Home PlusPlus 500 modem? I am in China and have one working ok LAN-wise on an iMac but I cannot get it to work with a MBP LAN-wise or wireless. The manual is in Chinese so isn't much use to me.

MacBook Pro 17", iMac 20", Mac OS X (10.5.3)

I can tell you that if you are swapping the ethernet wire without powering down the modem you will not get a connect on the MBP. The modem remembers the iMac and will not change its IP address for the MBP. Powering down then powering up usually solves that. If you want to use both Macs then get a router.
