Juno - Movie with digital download

I bought Juno , it came with the digital download. I put the disk in , the code and it downloaded , I thought fine. It plays with itunes fine. I cant watch it on my ipod (fifth generation- video). The other movies I purchased after this work fine on ipod and itunes. Can someone help me? I feel like ive been taken for on this digital download. The Juno box says for ipod or other compatible player.
