multiple layer view

I am having a problem seeing all my layers. I can see them in the monitor but the time line will not get small enough for me to see all the lines of layers. I have 35 layers in this music video and the time line will only shrink to let me see about 10 of these. How can I see all of them...

I take it you've not read the Release Notes or the User Guide on how to prep your sequences for Color?

Ummm, while it'll read a few layers it really is best to have only one layer of video.

If the Release Notes and User Guide are too much for you, Patrick Inhofer has written up a fantastic treatise on how to prep successfully for Color here, I would strongly suggest you read at least one of the aforementioned documents.

I have read the suggested material. I was just wondering if someone found a nifty work flow. My project is consisting of a split screen mosaic of sorts, so all the layers are in final edit. I was thinking I might do five layers at a time in different sequences in fcp then send to color and rebuild once its done...
