Why are these function's not coming out the same?

Cell B3 input is $12.08 x Cell A3 input is B2/A2(With an outcome of 441) = $5,321.59

Cell B3 input is $12.08 x Cell A3 input is 441 = $5,327.28

A3 is =B2/A2 in the 1st and A3 is 441 in the 2nd function.

Once again, it's a problem of misunderstanding.

You read 441 in B3 because the cell is formatted to display a number with no decimal digits but the real contents is 440.528634361234

so, it's perfectly normal to get in B3 the result 5321.5859030837

If you want to get 5321.59 it's your duty to use an other formula in A3.
Use:
=ROUND(B2/A2,0)
