OBEXAgent prevents Empty Trash.

I downloaded some photos from a cameraphone using Bluetooth. Now when I try to empty them from Trash I get message that files are in use. Using terminal I found that they are hung by OBEXAgent, which is part of the Bluetooth setup. How can I empty these files from the trash?
