Hi,

Basically, because of issues when working on logic pro projects on a network home (too disk intensive, causing poor performance), I need set up our macs so users can copy their projects to a separate partition for working on, and back to their home folder if they want to work on them on a different machine.

This part is simple enough and is working on a test machine, but if a user copies their project to the separate partition, any other user can log in and access their copied file and delete it.

Is their any way to prevent other users from having any access to other users files when they are copied to the partition? Other than users having to manually change permissions, because this is in a school setting.
