There is anyway to check my Iphone IMEI Number from a backup because I lost my and I don't the original box with me.

I'm sorry to hear about your phone. You can hold down the control button on your keyboard and open 'About iTunes' from the iTunes menu. Within the scrolling text, it will show you the serial number and the IMEI number of the last iPhone connected. You can hit the space bar to stop the scrolling text.
