Laptop shut-down during restore of new iPhone...PLEASE READ

I just got a new iPhone today for technical reasons from the apple store. I took the new unit home and selected "restore" in itunes and selected the backup for the phone I just took back to restore with.

It began and....my laptop died because I didnt have the battery chord in!

How do I get back to the first step of installing the backup of my last phone?

The option does not appear like it did before. Thank you very much for the help in advance.

Restart the computer and iTunes. Then hold the Home button down while plugging the iPhone in. The iPhone should enter recovery mode and you can proceed with activating it.

The backup files are stored on your computer and you should be asked which backup you want to use. The backups are dated in a drop down menu.

Just to be sure...it has the restore button. It doesnt have the option to "start new" or "restore backup" as before...

If I hit restore, I can choose which phone info to restore to? (Drop down menu with options)

Just hit the restore. When it gets done restoring, it will ask if you want to run the backup files.

Will I be able to access the backup of my old phone?

When it shut down it gave the new phone an ID and transferred a few files over...

I can access my old backup just as if it were a new phone?
