Is there a way to import a playlist form itunes to WMP without burning it to a disk and then ripping it to WMP?

AFAIK, you can drag all the songs from the playlist in iTunes to a playlist in Windows Media player (it works for Winamp...).

But if that doesn't work for you, it looks like this software lets you export playlists from iTunes as m3u files:

You can then import the m3u file into WMP.
