Red, Blue and Green Specs

Hey guys. For some reason, there are little blue, green, and red dots on my iPhone's screen. It originally started as 1 blue dot, then turned to the different colors, and now I noticed that a whole group of them appeared. When I press down on the screen like I am tapping something, they kind of, well, flicker and some go away. Sometimes there will be 1 or 2, and at most 12 or 13 with 1 or 2 blinking.

I have been so carefully with my iPhone. Its been in a case, and I have not dropped it much since I have had it. But I didn't drop it when the dots appeared, they just kind of appeared. I dont think its a HUGE issue, it doesnt affect the iPhone's performance, but they can get in the way sometimes.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do?

**Also, i wanna add, I have reset all setting and restore from backup and new iPhone, yet the specs still stay..

First thing you can try is a reset. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears, disregarding the "Slide to power off" prompt.

If that doesn't have any effect, try restoring your iPhone via. Make sure you set it up as a new phone, as opposed to restoring it from a backup, to eliminate corrupted content as an issue.
