copy text from finder

Hi people,

couldn't find an answer on this forum, so better start a new thread....

It has always been possible to copy text from finder (folders an files) and then past it as tekst into a teksteditor. It doesn't work anymore in leopard.... am i just overseeing anything, or isn't it just not possible anymore??? and if not, is there a way??

thanks in advance,

i thought my question was clear, but i'll explain a bit more:

open a folder (A) with inside a couple of folders (B). press "Control" and "C", then open texteditor and press "Control" and "V". in Tiger you got the plain text (all the names of the folders (B) inside the folder (A)) pasted in texteditor. In Leopard this does not work anymore. The only result is a couple fo folder icons.
