Arrow keys with movies on Windows XP

Hello,

Viewed from my mac with Safari movies on iWeb movie or photo pages can be viewed frame-by-frame using the left and right arrow keys. However, from windows xp it doesn't work. On movie pages there's no effect. On photo pages the arrow key goes to the next page. QuickTime 7.5 is installed.

Is there any way I can get the arrow keys to control the movie on iWeb pages from Windows XP?

MBP, Mac OS X (10.5.1)
