I'm going to England and I'd like to know if I can use a plug adapter only with my 5th Gen iPod. In other words, is it a dual voltage appliance?
I've looked everywhere but haven't been able to fine any such information.
Any help would be much appreciated.
I am confused ... If you mean whether you can charge your iPod with an apple ipod ac charger (the one you bought in your country) in England? Then the answer is Yes ..
All Apple iPod ac charger is universal ... i.e. 110-240v.
Mitch is correct. It is dual voltage, but you might want to check and see if you will need a plug adapter so that the charger will fit the plugs in England. I know in Ireland I had to use an adapter that fit into the plug on the charger so that it could be plugged into the wall outlets over there.
Or charge off a computer USB port over there as all USB ports are 5V the world around. Or buy a automobile charger as all cars there and here run off the same 12V system. Patrick
