have you the latest version of i tunes 5.0.1 there has been a lot of problems with this version and know one has come up with a solution,sorry i can not help
I sent Benq a note about this too and they said no patch yet.

iTunes cant´t find my CD Burner, waht can I do?
The Burner is an BenQ DW1640.
I want to burn my payed Music to CD!
Same deal here, cant figure it out, i even tried the patch burn program? There is multiple burners to choose from in the patch burn though, not sure if im choosing the right one?? Any ideas? In the patch burn program when my drive is on the left, in the drive section, it says none? Thanks Chris I have itunes 6
