Combine pages to make one long page...

I'm keeping a list on my "page" document and would rather have one long continuous page rather than have it separate into different pages. How would I go about doing this?

Any suggestions, comments and opinions are greatly appreciated

thank you in advance....

Great, thanks for the insight....

I actually wont be printing: I have an encryption software - and on it, I have a list of “sensitive” information (in a long list format) and because I use such large print it’s a little annoying to always have a new page appear after new page. So thanks again for your help....

But since I have your attention: I also seem to have a problems changing the fonts. I have the heading of the sentence in one type of font and then I have the meaning of that heading in a different font.... Let’s say (hypothetically speaking) like a definition of a word. The word is in one type of font and then the definition of the word is in another type of font (so goes the structure of my list).

I have all selections in “that” font screen (the inspector type of thing) all deleted except for two (obviously for the two fonts that i currently use). But the thing is - when I select the font (either or) it changes the whole sentence (line) and not just the highlighted words “in that” sentence (are you with me?)...

So I’m surprised it works like this - or maybe I’ve got something set wrong? I’ll bring it up at my one to one (it’s just that the Olympics are on, so it'll be awhile)....

Any comments, opinions and suggestions are greatly appreciated

Thank you in advance....

Pages is a poor candidate for what you want.

Get free iText Express [http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/21977] which is a superset of TextEdit and which can also do hyperlinks, bookmarks, footers, headers, footnotes, multimedia and some DTP.

In iText Express you would just turn off "Layout" and get a continuous document with no page breaks. It is also easy to add links in the document and do enough styling to increase legibility.

Definitely much faster, more compact and easier to manage than Pages.
