Any service is expected to have both positive and negative reviews. I can not vouch for the company you have inquired about but can tell you that the one thing I would trust the most is a person-to-person cash transaction in a crowded, well lit public location which is what I suggest via Craigslist though anonymous email correspondence rendezvous.
